The suggested development will include building a hotel complex featuring two underground floors, two additional below-ground levels, one ground level, and three more above-ground stories. The complex will feature four exhibit areas, four conference rooms, four boardrooms, a multi-purpose hall, a fitness center, a spa with locker rooms, along with three hundred twenty-eight parking spots and various additional conveniences and services.
