
Mumbai (Maharashtra), India - March 18 (ANI): John & Yoko: A Duo has been revealed as the closing film for the second iteration of Red Lorry Film Festival .
At the heart of the story are The One to One Concerts, John Lennon's only full-length performances after The Beatles, where he was joined by Yoko Ono, The Plastic Ono Band, Elephant's Memory and some special guests. With remixed concert audio produced by their only son, musician Sean Ono Lennon, the film showcases newly restored and transferred footage, along with a treasure trove of previously unseen and unheard personal archives, including phone calls and home movies recorded by John and Yoko themselves.
' John and Yoko: A Duo This intimate and revealing documentary delves into the creative alliance and romantic narrative of one of the most significant couples in art history—John Lennon and Yoko Ono. Under the direction of renowned filmmakers Kevin Macdonald and Sam Rice-Edwards, this film sheds light on their collaborative efforts, social activism, and substantial influence on both music and popular culture. Offering exclusive insights from Yoko Ono’s private collections, the movie captures candid scenes featuring these legendary figures during what was arguably their peak creativity phase.
