Sadie Sink, known for her role in " Stranger Things," has joined the cast of the forthcoming "Spider-Man 4." Having visited the Upside Down, she will now be venturing into Earth-616. Deadline reports Production for the fourth installment in the franchise is scheduled to proceed once Tom Holland completes filming "The Odyssey," which he is currently working on alongside director Christopher Nolan.

A lot of fans appear to think that Sink will bring Jean Grey from "X-Men" into the MCU, a role that was formerly portrayed by Sophie Turner and Famke Janssen. However, this speculation about her involvement might be based mainly on her hair color rather than anything substantial. Additionally, incorporating Jean Grey or any of the X-Men characters in a "Spider-Man" movie feels somewhat out of place.
Hints suggest she might be cast as Mary Jane Watson, despite Zendaya having portrayed the similar character in previous "Spider-Man" films.

Certainly, if "Spider-Man 4," similar to its precursor "Spider-Man: No Way Home," explores the concept of the multiverse extensively, it’s possible that Sink might be portraying an alternative iteration of Zendaya's character.
It's worth keeping in mind that due to the enchantment placed by Doctor Strange (played by Benedict Cumberbatch) at the conclusion of "No Way Home," nobody recalls Peter Parker’s identity. As such, his typical co-stars might have diminished parts. The character portrayed by Sink is probably intended to occupy this gap left open.
"The Spider-Man 4" will be Tom Holland’s fourth standalone movie portraying Peter Parker/Spider-Man and his seventh time appearing within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. His initial portrayal was in “Captain America: Civil War” from 2016, followed by appearances in both “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame.” We can pretty much count on seeing him again in either “Avengers: Doomsday” or “Avengers: Secret Wars,” or possibly even both.
Later this year, fans will finally get to see Sadie Sink in the fifth and final season of Netflix "Stranger Things." The initial six episodes drop on Netflix on October 10, with the last two episodes streaming on November 27.
In the summertime of 2022, which was three years back, "Stranger Things" debuted its fourth season. Nancy played a significantly larger part compared to her involvement in Season 3, primarily because her character became the focus for Jamie Campbell Bower’s portrayal of Vecna.
"Spider-Man 4" is scheduled to be released in theaters on July 31, 2026. Destin Daniel Cretton will helm the project, with many specifics regarding the movie being closely guarded secrets.
