The Chief Minister spoke at the event where letters of appointment were handed out to young people who had been selected via the Work Assistant Class-3 exams within the state government. Water Resources Department .

When inspiring the recently joined young members of Team Gujarat , Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel stressed that with a positive attitude and productive energy, they ought to work conscientiously and serve as a crucial part in constructing a Vikshit Gujarat For a Viskit Bharat @ 2047, as envisaged by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
Chief Minister Patel, as he extended his greetings to the recently appointed young individuals on International Happiness Day, conveyed his delight that this occasion had multiplied their joy twofold.
He mentioned that the state government intends to promptly and efficiently fill vacancies in multiple departments. To achieve this, they have developed a comprehensive ten-year hiring schedule. As part of this plan, in 2025, a step-by-step procedure involving ads will commence to recruit an extra 600 work assistants.
As he mentored the recently assigned Youth Work Assistants, the Chief Minister emphasized the significance of taking initiative. He urged them to pay close attention to people or candidates and address their issues promptly. Furthermore, he pointed out that through teamwork, they would not only perform their duties successfully but also derive happiness and satisfaction from their jobs.
The Chief Minister emphasized Prime Minister Narendra Modi's crucial contribution to advancing agriculture through effective water management and providing irrigation to all farms.
He emphasized that through active participation in public initiatives like the "Catch the Rain" campaign for conserving water, the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" program for protecting the environment, and cleanliness drives, young people can make substantial contributions during their service period and aid in achieving the objective of "Sauno Saath, Sauno Vikas."
As he extended his warmest congratulations to the recently appointed candidates, Water Resources Minister Shriiji expressed his good wishes. Kunvarji Bavaliya indicated that under the inspiring guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s forward-thinking leadership, the waters of the Narmada River have been distributed throughout the state, even reaching remote areas such as Kutch. This was achieved through programs like the Sujalam Sufalam Yojana along with several pipeline initiatives.
