NFL.com's Eric Edholm published his top prospects list. the top 100 prospects In last week's 2025 NFL Draft, our focus has been particularly on the running backs who were selected.
After filling key needs During free agency, at linebacker, safety, and tight end positions, the player was active. Denver Broncos Still looking for a running back. Luckily, it’s a great year to find one since this group of prospects is very talented — Edholm lists eight running backs among his top 100 players.
No. 1 among running backs, of course, is Boise State's. Ashton Jeanty , whom Edholm has ranked as third overall. Unless they're willing to trade up , the Broncos appears improbable for Jeanty.
Up next is UNC's Omarion Hampton (No. 28) followed by Iowa’s Kaleb Johnson (No. 39) and Ohio State's TreVeyon Henderson (No. 43). Denver's first two picks Nos. 20 and 51 are also available, making them potential choices for either of these positions.
Ohio State's Quinshon Judkins (No. 53) is following, then comes Tennessee's Dylan Sampson (67), Arizona State 's Cam Skattebo (No. 87) and UFC's RJ Harvey (No. 91). The Broncos have their next selection lined up at No. 85 in the third round.
