In 2023, Graham earned a spot as a second-team All-American and also received First-Team honors from the Big Ten Conference twice, once in each of 2023 and 2024.
During his college tenure, Graham played in 39 matches for the Wolverines across three years, accumulating 60 overall tackles, deflecting three passes, making nine sacks, forcing one fumble, and recovering another.
