PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN A female was convicted of breaking and entering. During the demonstrations at Portland State University In May 2024, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office made the announcement on Wednesday.
According to law enforcement officials, the 30-year-old woman "had entered a private parking garage that was inaccessible to the general public and obstructed police vehicles by positioning herself in their path as they were moving detainees away from the demonstration."
Authorities stated that she had received three warnings that she was violating property rules and would face arrest if she didn’t leave.
Her legal proceedings started on March 21 and concluded on April 1 when she was convicted of second-degree criminal trespassing.
